Would you like to cancel a vacation?

For canceling your reservation, please contact our call center and notify them of the reason for your cancellation. We will proceed with checking whether you have purchased a cancellation insurance, and whether the reason for the cancellation falls within the insurance terms.

Is it possible to purchase a cancellation insurance?
You have the option of purchasing a cancellation insurance. Please contact our call center to do so.

What are the costs associated with a cancellation insurance?
The premium for the cancellation insurance amounts to 6% of the rental sum (including supplementary package), and 9.7% assurance tax is added to the premium and policy costs.

What are the options for renting children's furniture?
You can book a stair gate, a children's chair, a children's bed and a baby pen with us. More information can be found here.

When are the school holidays and public holidays?
The Central Government's website will allow you to see when the schools in your region will have their holidays. Always check the dates for the school holidays with your educational institution, because some dates are only recommended dates and schools are allowed to use different ones.
